We are looking for you as a Sales Representative!
As a Sales Representative at NIK, you will play a key role in bringing state-of-the-art technology to farmers in Romania. The main work will be in the field, in the visits you will make and by interacting with farmers with the aim to offer customized solutions for technology farming.
What will you do?
🌱 Promoting and selling precision agriculture equipment, services, and technological solutions
👀 Intensive market prospecting and competitor monitoring
🎯 Accurate identification of customer needs and offering optimal technical solutions
📝 Preparation of necessary sales documents – quotes, contracts
📊 Periodic activity reporting
💼 Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients in your area
🤝 Collaborating with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies
🎉 Participating in various events – specialized fairs, conferences, etc.
What Superpowers Are We Looking For?
💬 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
🌟 Open-minded, optimistic, and customer-oriented attitude
🚀 Previous experience in field sales, particularly in consultative selling
🌍 Flexibility to travel within the country, especially in counties near you
📚 Minimum high school education – technical or economic background
🌐 Proficient in English at least at a medium level
🚗 Valid B category driving license
🌾 Bonus points if you have experience in a similar position within the agriculture industry
