Vicon GEOSPREAD RO spreaders have a unique feature: RotaFlow spreading system. The smooth acceleration of the fertilizer prevents grain fragmentation on contact with the disc vane. The adjustable discharge point allows the system to be calibrated to the fertilizer. Gentle fertilizer handling maintains the spreading characteristics of the product. The VICON RO-EDW GEOSPREAD RO-EDW fertilizer spreader has eight high-capacity valves on each disc, which ensure perfect overlapping not only across the working width but also in the direction of travel, regardless of the working speed. They feature one meter sections, four weigh cells and a tilt sensor.
Thanks to eight valves per disk this spreader is not limited by any travel speed because it has perfect coverage on the spreading pattern.
The fertilizer is evenly distributed on both the right and the left side of the field and thus a precise fertilization is achieved by applying 2 rates at the same time. This allows savings on fertilizer and optimal fertilization.
Automatic control of sections up to one meter using ISOBUS terminals.

TrimFlow is used for edge spreading. It can be attached to the left or right side of the spreader, so it always adapts to your field conditions. It can be precisely adjusted for any type of fertilizer and any working width.
